目的:建立同时测定水中DMP、DEP、DIBP、DBP、BBP、DBEP、DEHP 7种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法,并用于水源水及生活饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的污染监测。方法:水样经C18小柱萃取富集,GC-MS检测,以SCAN模式定性,SIM模式外标法定量。结果:7种目标化合物在0.01 mg/L~10.0 mg/L试验浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数均在0.9985以上,方法最低检测质量浓度在1.5 ng/L~9.4 ng/L范围,方法平均回收率在84.0%~114.2%,RSD均小于5%。结论:该法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于实际水源及饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的监测。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 7 phthalates in DMP, DEP, DBP, DBP, DBP, DBEP and DEHP in water and to monitor the pollution of phthalates in tap water and drinking water. Methods: The water sample was extracted and enriched by C18 column, detected by GC-MS, characterized by SCAN mode and quantified by SIM mode external standard method. Results: The calibration curves of seven target compounds showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01 mg / L to 10.0 mg / L with the correlation coefficients above 0.9985. The minimum detectable concentration ranged from 1.5 ng / L to 9.4 ng / L , The average recoveries of the method ranged from 84.0% to 114.2% with RSD less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for the monitoring of phthalates in actual water and drinking water.
