针对起重机金属结构局部失稳问题,在《起重机设计规范》中引入板边弹性嵌固系数来表征翼缘板对腹板的约束作用。应用有限元分析的方法,研究纯剪切状态下腹板弹性嵌固系数的取值依据。首先进行理想四边简支板临界应力有限元计算,并与理论值比较,检验有限元模型的准确性和加载方法的正确性。然后根据实际工程数据建立工字梁和箱形梁模型,进行纯剪切屈曲分析,讨论翼缘腹板的厚度比对弹性嵌固系数的影响,提出有益于工程应用的建议。
