在基础教育由应试教育转向素质教育的今天,在全国上下一片的“减负”声中,作为教师,既要做到减轻学生负担,又要做到提高数学教学质量,还要做到促进学生德、智、体、美、劳的全面发展。农村初中教学质量差,是大家所公认的,如何提高农村初中数学的教学质量已经成为当前教学的热点问题。在十多年的农村初中数学教学生涯中,本人一直不断地探究,努力寻求提高农村初中数学教学的有效办法,现结合教学实践及亲身体会,提出一些有效的办法和措施。

Now I put forward some effective measures and measures in light of teaching practice and personal experience.
