针对我国南方地区农田水利设施管理中存在的诸多问题,引入排灌区泵闸站智能化管理系统,通过远程控制、水位监测等手段,有效提高水利设施运行效用,同时制定相配套的管理制度,以解决农田水利设施管理中的困难。结合该系统在桐乡市崇福镇利顺村试验运行效果,进行了经济效益分析,分析结果表明,引入排灌区泵闸站智能管理控制系统后,利顺村2012年直接节约经济成本43521元。
In view of many problems in the management of farmland water conservancy facilities in southern China, the intelligent management system of pumping station in irrigation and drainage is introduced to effectively improve the operational utility of water conservancy facilities by means of remote control and water level monitoring. At the same time, a management system Solve the difficulties in farmland water conservancy facilities management. Based on the test results of the system in Li Shun Village, Chongfu Town, Tongxiang City, the economic benefit analysis was carried out. The results showed that the introduction of intelligent control and management system of pump station in the irrigation and drainage area led to a direct economic saving of 43,521 Yuan in 2012.
