目的建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定中国劲酒中甜菜碱。方法采用Agilent SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸-甲醇溶液(85:15,V:V)为流动相,流速为0.2 mL/min。质谱采用电喷雾正电离源模式(electronic spray ion,ESI+)和多反应监测模式(multiple reactions monitoring,MRM)监测,监测离子m/z分别为1 1 8.2/53.2和118.2/42.3,以外标法定量。结果甜菜碱在3.99~39.9μg/g范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.1μg/g,平均回收率为99.5%,相对标准偏差为0.46%(n=9)。结论本法简便易行、结果准确、重现性好,可适用于中国劲酒中甜菜碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC-MS / MS method for the determination of betaine in China. Methods The Agilent SB-C_ (18) column was used with a mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid-methanol (85:15, V: V) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL / min. The mass spectra were monitored by electronic spray ion (ESI +) and multiple reactions monitoring (MRM). The ion m / z values were 1 1 8.2 / 53.2 and 118.2 / 42.3, respectively. . Results Betaine had a good linearity in the range of 3.99-39.9 μg / g, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.1 μg / g, the average recovery was 99.5% and the relative standard deviation was 0.46% (n = 9) . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be applied to the determination of betaine in China.
