“湖畔品茶道,西子恋琴声”。这 是杭州湖畔“居茶楼”里的一副字联。 坐在茶楼一角,品着香茗,越过轻波 荡漾的湖面,看得到保俶塔影,耳旁 还不时飘来阵阵丝竹琴声,那是怎么 样的一种意境啊！这家茶楼,茶的品 种也多,除了看家的“狮峰龙井”,还 有全国各地名茶上百种。许多茶的名 字很好听,伴茶点心的名称也颇值得 玩味,有些茶具还印上了古诗文,这 些都是很值得品味一番的。再加上这 家名店号自身的历史人文故事,自然 就有一种独特的魅力了。笔者曾几次 到“湖畔居”饮茶,为这座临湖茶楼 的好茶好点心和独有的文化氛围所吸 “Lakeside tea ceremony, Xizi love music.” This is a word link in the “home teahouse” on the lakeside of Hangzhou. Coupled with the historical and humanistic story of this famous store, it naturally has a unique charm. I have used tea on the “Lakeside Residence” several times to suck up the tea and tea in this lakeside restaurant.
