●面对躁动的第二职业,毋庸讳言,经济诱因、利益驱动是第二职业的“热源”。试想,倘若第二薪、甚或第三薪、第四薪所得甚微,能引出眼下这股发烧的气候吗? 改革总会出现新事物,新事物出现后总应相关确定其“法治”基础。决策人是不是应该思考一下: 假如第一职业付给足以维持中等以上生活水平的报酬,第二职业还会这么热吗?“炒更”者是否也应思考一下:当第二职业收入超过本职时,自己的才智、精力应投向哪一边? 堵不如疏。问题是如何兴利除弊,使兼职活动有条件、有约束、有规范、有秩序地进行。
