糖尿病(DM)病人目前国内有2000万,其中70％～85％应用口服降糖药(OHA)治疗。近10年来,降糖灵由于不良反应较大,国外已禁用或淘汰。二甲双胍(DMBG)是目前发达国家唯一应用的双胍类降糖药,在欧洲的销量占所有口服降糖药的25％。1993年以来,北京天安制药股份有限公司应临床的迫切需求,恢复了DMBG的生产。1年来,我院用以治疗500余例DM,证明天安堂牌DMBG的降糖作用明显优于降糖灵,且副作用小,值得临床推广。 1.DMBG的作用特点:①有效地降低血糖:据观察,DMBG单用或与磺脲类(SU)、胰岛素(INS)
