本文对部分医学期刊中存在的统计误用实例进行了分析评述。发现存在的问题主要有：（１）科研设计方面：样本对总体代表性差（抽样不随机）；不设对照组；对照不合理；样本含量过少；（２）统计方法选择、使用方面：不经统计处理，仅凭数字大小下结论；统计方法选择不当等。
This article analyzes some examples of misuse of statistics in some medical journals. The main problems identified are: (1) scientific research design: the sample on the overall representative of the poor (sampling is not random); no control group; control unreasonable; sample content is too small; (2) statistical methods, the use of: After statistical processing, the conclusion of the figures alone; statistical methods such as improper selection.
