班风建设是班主任工作的要点和重点。众多操作模式中,运用心理学知识尝试有效班风建设,不失为一种创新方式。文中“共生效应”的运用恰恰顺应了班风建设这种需求。本文运用这种心理定律,结合班集体建设的实际操作,真正达到育人的最终目的,即通过教育载体把学生培养成有用的社会人。
Class construction is the main point of work and focus. Among the many modes of operation, it is an innovative way to use the knowledge of psychology to try effective class building. The use of “symbiotic effects” in the text just conforms to the needs of class wind construction. This article uses this psychological law, combined with the actual operation of class collective construction, to truly achieve the ultimate goal of educating people, that is, to train students into useful social people through educational carriers.
