住房的属性决定了住房市场的供给机制以及政府干预住房市场的程度和方式。而国家和政府主要是运用公共经济学理论来干预住房市场,维护住房公平和社会稳定的目标。下面笔者就从物品理论的角度入手,来探讨和分析住房的属性及政府干预住房市场理论基础,并结合公共经济学理论分析政府干预住房市场的方式和程度。
The nature of housing determines the supply mechanism of the housing market and the extent and manner in which the government intervenes in the housing market. However, the state and the government are mainly using the theory of public economics to intervene in the housing market and maintain the goal of housing fairness and social stability. The following author from the perspective of object theory to explore and analyze the properties of housing and government intervention in the housing market theoretical basis, combined with public economics theory analysis of the government intervention in housing market methods and extent.
