通过对高校体育教学中师生关系的思考,设计并编制师生信息评价指标,来探究大学生对体育教师的信任指向。主要从评价角度分析大学生信任体育教师的基本层面:教师职业情感、教师行为、学习效果、民主管理等,同时学生对教师信任也包含着非正常教学中的“风险”特性,最后提出教学干预方式,以增进师生信任关系。
Through the reflection on the relationship between teachers and students in PE teaching in colleges and universities, the evaluation index of teachers and students ’information is designed and compiled to probe the college students’ trust in PE teachers. From the evaluation point of view, the paper mainly analyzes the basic aspects of college students ’trust in physical education teachers: their professional sentiments, teacher behaviors, learning effects and democratic management. At the same time, students’ trust in teachers also contains the characteristics of “risk” in abnormal teaching. Intervention, to enhance the trust relationship between teachers and students.
