目的:研究艾片的大鼠在体鼻黏膜吸收影响因素。方法:运用单向灌流模型、采用GC对艾片中有效成分龙脑进行检测,分别研究药物质量浓度、灌流速度、pH对艾片吸收的影响。结果:灌流速度对艾片的吸收速率常数(Ka)有显著性影响;药物质量浓度和pH对Ka无显著性影响。结论:艾片的鼻黏膜吸收良好,艾片的吸收速率不受药物质量浓度的影响,其在鼻腔按照一级被动方程进行吸收。
Objective: To study the factors that affect absorption of nasal mucosa in the body of Ai tablets. Methods: Uni-directional perfusion model was used to detect the active ingredient borneol in the tablet by GC. The effects of drug concentration, perfusion speed and pH on absorption of the tablet were studied. Results: The perfusion rate had a significant effect on the absorption rate constant (Ka) of the tablets. The drug concentration and pH had no significant effect on the Ka. Conclusion: The absorption of the nasal mucosa of the tablet is good. The absorption rate of the tablet is not affected by the drug concentration. It is absorbed in the nasal cavity according to the first-order passive equation.
