目的探讨如何实行全面综合目标考核,提升采供血机构的管理水平。方法根据综合目标考核标准和方法,对血液中心运行管理数据进行分析评估。结果实行综合目标考核标准和方法后,采供血各项业务指标,如全血和机采血小板的人次和血量、向临床提供的种类血液成份的血量等分别有7.3%-31.7%上升比例,献血者满意度达99.6%。结论通过在采供血管理过程中引入全面综合目标管理责任制考核,能够促进各部门认真履行职责,确保工作目标和质量目标的落实,使综合管理水平得到了明显提升,对血站的发展起到了积极的推动作用。
