目的 观察甲状腺癌术前针刺细胞学检查及冰冻切片诊断对术式及预后的指导意义。方法 分析106例甲状腺癌临床病理资料并全部进行了随访。结果 术前明确诊断并正确选择术式者预后良好,生存5年以上者占90.57％。
Objective To observe the guiding significance of preoperative acupuncture and frozen section diagnosis of thyroid cancer on operation and prognosis. Methods 106 cases of thyroid cancer clinical and pathological data were analyzed and all were followed up. The results of a clear preoperative diagnosis and correct choice of surgical patients with good prognosis, survival of more than 5 years accounted for 90.57%.
