本文从分析当前消防信息系统建设面临的问题着手 ,根据消防信息系统的特点 ,得出消防信息系统是一个过程的观点 ,并由此提出消防信息系统的建设目标是建设一个具备自演化机制的信息系统 ,能够适应信息技术环境和消防业务环境变更 ,不断优化和改进消防业务流程和部门间协作。为实现这一目标 ,应实施以应用为驱动的滚动式建设策略 ,从网络平台和数据库建设入手 ,并以此作为系统演化的原型。文章最后对网络平台和消防数据库体系的建设作了进一步探讨
Based on the analysis of the current problems in the construction of fire information system, this paper draws a conclusion that fire information system is a process according to the characteristics of the fire information system, and proposes that the goal of building fire information system is to build a self-evolving mechanism System that can adapt to changes in the information technology environment and the fire service environment, and continuously optimize and improve the firefighting business processes and inter-departmental collaboration. To achieve this goal, we should implement the application-driven rolling construction strategy, starting from the construction of network platform and database as a prototype of system evolution.
