采用水热合成法,以3,4’,5-联苯三羧酸(H3BHTC)为有机配体合成金属有机骨架化合物Co1Cu2(BHTC)2,通过X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、投射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)、傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)等测试手段对晶体进行表征,考察温度、晶化时间对Co1Cu2(BHTC)2晶体生长的影响,采用SEM技术初步探索了Co1Cu2(BHTC)2晶体的生长机理。实验结果表明,随着时间的延长,晶体的形貌也随之发生变化,六边形次级结构单元(SBU)通过共享棱的方式具体组装形成更大的六角片状晶体。
The metal-organic framework compound Co1Cu2 (BHTC) 2 was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using 3,4 ’, 5-biphenyl tricarboxylic acid (H3BHTC) as organic ligands. The structure of the complex was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy The crystal structure of Co1Cu2 (BHTC) 2 crystal was characterized by SEM, TEM, TGA and FT-IR. The growth mechanism of Co1Cu2 (BHTC) 2 crystal was explored by SEM. The experimental results show that the morphology of the crystal changes with time, and the hexagonal sub-structure unit (SBU) is assembled by the shared prism to form a larger hexagonal plate crystal.
