将二维光弹性试验方法运用到螺旋扭状增强材料螺旋性能的研究中,创新地设计了一种用光弹性试验模型模拟混凝土内部应力分布的类比试验方法,用光弹性材料模拟混凝土,而用金属铅模拟螺旋扭状的增强材料(螺纹钢)。分析了几种不同表面特征的样品不同截面处的最大剪应力。试验结果表明:螺旋扭状增强材料的粘结锚固性能大于平直型材料;节距会影响粘结锚固性能;直观地显示了“螺旋效应”的影响,扩大了光弹性在工程中的应用范围。
In this paper, a two-dimensional photoelastic test method is applied to the study of helical properties of helical torsional reinforcing materials. An analogy test method of photoelastic test model to simulate the internal stress distribution in concrete is innovatively designed. The photoelastic material is used to simulate concrete.
