近年来,房地产业逐步发展成为中国经济中的热门行业,其投资额大且投资收益相对较高,但在行业管理方式上却相对粗放.全面的预算控制作为企业系统整合和资源配置的一大手段,具有其不可忽视的作用,进而越来越受到众多地产企业的关注.对房地产企业而言,由于长期经营模式与盈利性、高增长性的特征,导致若干房地产企业对于预算管理不是特别重视.当前,随着房地产市场调控的持续深入,房地产企业必须转变经营观念,通过预算管理来带动企业管理,深化成本管理,重视盈利与现金流质量,以实现企业可持续发展的长远目标.
