一日,我矿-214m中段一辆重载矿车在无人操作的情况下,被推车器推入井筒,落到-257m中段,使7架钢梁不同程度损坏,被迫停产3天。据分析,发生这次事故的原因有:1)按有关安全条例,矿车应停在距井口5m的阻车器外,而该矿车是停在距井口5m以内的地点,阻车器起不了作用;2)井口安全门未关;3)推车器的控制线绝缘损坏而形成回路,自行启动了报车器;4)维护检查不仔细,未及时发现绝缘破损处。通过分析可知,如果平时能及时发现并解决隐患,事故就可避免。所以应加强安全教育,严格按规程办事。然而,有关部门若能为井口操作工创造一个安全的劳动条件,比如:1)设计制作一个方便的能自动开、关的安全门,且具有与提升系统联锁的操作
