近年来,党委信息系统评优一般采取计分法,即综合采用和单独采用分别计分的方法.比如,综合各县市情况的给上报信息的县市每条记0.5分,单独采用某一县市的每条计1分.这种计分法在信息工作实践中产生以下弊端:从内容上看,没有突出上报信息的重点,对“突发事件信息”、“政策反馈信息”“社会动念”信息等不同类型的信息均按同一标准计分.而实际上信息在决策价值上是存在高低之别的,这种不加区分的只要上得多就得分多.突发事件多上信息就多.结果就评上先进的评分法不能使真正优秀的信息工作者评上先进.从效果上看,这种评优法不利于信息人员素质的提高,偏离了信息工作的根本方向.党委信息工作的根本方向是为各级领导决策服务,信息人员应围绕这个中心开展工作.所以信息人员应多想多写“政策反馈”、“社会动念”信息,注意“超前性”及决策
