当前,新课程改革的理念已经深入教师心里面。小学语文的教学课堂日益活跃,教学内容更加开放灵活,教学手段更加新近多样,学生有了更多的选择和学习机会。但是,一部分教师存在着矫枉过正的现象,在教学思想改变过程中出现了一些远离教学指导思想的现象。笔者就当前新课改理念下教师的种种误区及改进方法进行了思考和探讨,仅供同仁参考。一、当前部分教师在小学语文教学中的误区(一)过分追求“自主学习”的形式,结果形成实质上的“放任自流”。新课程提倡创设民主和谐的课堂气氛,强调要发挥学
