为消除轴承钢中碳化物液析,改善带状组织,进行了加热温度与碳化物溶解扩散之间的关系研究,确定了GCr15轴承钢比较合理的加热温度和保温时间,并将试验结果实施于现场。实际应用结果表明,在现有加热能力的条件下,将加热温度提高到1200~1280℃,保温时间在3h以上,可使碳化物带状级别控制在2级以下,碳化物液析得到消除。
In order to eliminate the liquid phase analysis of carbides in bearing steel and improve the ribbon structure, the relationship between the heating temperature and the dissolution and diffusion of carbides was studied, the reasonable heating temperature and holding time of GCr15 bearing steel were determined, and the test results were carried out in on site. The practical application shows that under the existing heating capacity, the heating temperature is raised to 1200-1280 ° C and the holding time is above 3h, the carbide banded level is controlled below level 2, and the carbide liquation is eliminated.
