准确掌握差错信息对组织具有积极意义。文章在探讨差错报告的内涵及其分类的基础上,指出组织差错报告管理制度建构的重要性,认为提高员工差错报告意愿可以有效解决组织内部差错信息传递问题。文中就组织差错报告管理的实施给出了两条建议:通过完善差错报告激励机制和正确引导员工的差错归因倾向来培育积极的差错管理文化;实施差错信息管理。
Accurately grasp the error information is of positive significance to the organization. Based on the discussion of the connotation and classification of error reports, the article points out the importance of the construction of the organization error reporting management system, and believes that raising the willingness of employees to report errors can effectively solve the problem of the transmission of error information within the organization. This article gives two suggestions on the implementation of the organization error report management: cultivating a positive error management culture by perfecting the error reporting incentive mechanism and correctly guiding the employees’ error attribution tendency; and implementing error information management.
