模型预测控制(MPC)是一种基于计算机技术的控制方法 ,它的产生来自于实际工业的需要,使得这种控制方法在工业过程控制中具有重要的作用。随着社会的发展和企业竞争的不断加剧,在设计控制器的过程中除了考虑如何提高产品质量,还需要考虑能源的消耗,使得资源得到合理的利用和经济效益的最大化。为了满足工业过程的控制要求,传统的控制理论已经不能够满足这一要求,这就使得模型控制在现代工业过程控制中得到快速的发展。本文主要对工业过程模型预测控制进行了简要的介绍,重点论述了模型预测控制的方法 ,希望能够给相关的人员提供参考依据。
Model predictive control (MPC) is a control method based on computer technology. Its production comes from the actual industrial needs, making this control method play an important role in industrial process control. With the development of society and the ever-increasing competition of enterprises, in addition to considering how to improve product quality in the process of designing a controller, energy consumption needs to be considered as well, so that resources can be rationally utilized and economic benefits maximized. In order to meet the industrial process control requirements, the traditional control theory can not meet this requirement, which makes the model control in modern industrial process control has been rapid development. This paper mainly introduces the predictive control of industrial process model briefly, and mainly discusses the method of predictive control of the model, hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
