目的:采用CEREC MCX系统制作全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后的后牙牙体缺损,观察其短期疗效。方法:选取26例根管治疗后的后牙,使用CEREC MCX系统,IPS e.max CAD材料,制作全瓷高嵌体,双固化树脂水门汀粘结。修复后3个月,采用改良USPHS标准对修复体各方面指标进行评价,并检查食物嵌塞情况。结果:84.6%的修复体各项检查标准都达到了USPHS标准A类。92.3%的修复体未出现食物嵌塞。CEREC全瓷高嵌体短期疗效确切。结论:使用CEREC MCX系统制作的IPS e.max CAD全瓷高嵌体可作为根管治疗后后牙牙体缺损的有效修复方案。
Objective: CEREC MCX system was used to make all-ceramic inlays to repair tooth posterior tooth defects after root canal treatment and observe its short-term curative effect. Methods: Twenty - six posterior teeth treated with root canal were treated with CEREC MCX system and IPS e.max CAD material to make all - ceramic inlays and double - cured resin cement. Three months after the repair, the improved USPHS standards were used to evaluate the various aspects of the prosthesis and to check the food impaction. RESULTS: 84.6% of the prostheses met the USPHS criteria for each test. 92.3% of the prosthesis did not appear food impaction. CEREC all-ceramic inlays short-term curative effect is exact. CONCLUSIONS: IPS e.max CAD all-ceramic inlays fabricated with the CEREC MCX system can be used as an effective restoration of dental implants after root canal treatment.
