目的 :研究慢性鼻窦炎的病变范围、病程长短对中耳功能的影响。方法 :利用纯音测听及声阻抗检测5 6例慢性鼻窦炎患者的纯音听力、鼓室导抗图和咽鼓管功能。结果 :慢性鼻窦炎患者咽鼓管功能异常 48.3% ,鼓室导抗图异常 42 .0 % ,气导听阈提高 33.9% ;前组鼻窦炎和全鼻窦炎中耳功能比较有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,病程 >5年和≤ 5年比较 ,有极显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :慢性鼻窦炎对中耳功能的影响 ,随着病变范围的扩大、病程的延长而加重 Objective: To study the range of chronic sinusitis, duration of disease on the middle ear function. Methods: pure tone audiometry, tympanogram and eustachian tube function were detected in 56 patients with chronic sinusitis by pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance. Results: Eustachian tube function was abnormal in patients with chronic sinusitis by 48.3%, tympanogram was abnormal by 42.0% and air conduction threshold was increased by 33.9%. There was significant difference in middle ear function of the former group between sinusitis and total sinusitis (P <0. 01), duration of disease> 5 years and ≤ 5 years, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: The effect of chronic sinusitis on the middle ear function is aggravated with the extension of the disease range and the prolongation of the course of disease
