本文观察了Ⅱ型糖尿病人外周血浆内皮素-I含量的变化,并探讨其与糖尿病血管并发症的关系。 一、对象:正常对照组20例(男10,女10)来自健康体检者,年龄40~60岁,平均54岁。选择就诊住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病人共62例(男32,女30);年龄39~74岁,平均58岁;糖尿病病程为0.1~20年,平均6.7年。按有无并发症分以下几组:A组即糖尿病(DM)无任何并发症者(n=26例);B组即DM有高血压(BP≥18.7/12.7kPa、冠心病、大血管并发症者(n=16例);C组即有微血管并发症者(n=12例);D组即伴全身心、脑、肾、视网膜病变者(n=8)。 二、方法:取清晨空腹静脉血2ml,注入含10%EDTA-Na_2 30μl+40μl抑肽酶的硅化试管内混匀,随即于4℃以下3000r/min、离心15分钟,分离血浆置-20℃保存待测。同时取血测空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白。
In this paper, we observed the changes of plasma endothelin-I level in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and explored its relationship with diabetic vascular complications. First, the object: 20 cases of normal control group (male 10, female 10) from the physical examination, aged 40 to 60 years, mean 54 years. A total of 62 type Ⅱ diabetic patients (32 males and 30 females) were selected to be hospitalized. The patients aged 39-74 years (average 58 years old) had diabetes course from 0.1 to 20 years (an average of 6.7 years). According to the presence or absence of complications, the following groups were divided into groups: Group A was diabetic without any complication (n = 26); Group B with DM had hypertension (BP≥18.7 / 12.7kPa, coronary heart disease, macrovascular complications (N = 16); group C had microvascular complications (n = 12); group D was complicated by heart, brain, kidney and retinopathy (n = 8) Fasting venous blood 2ml, 10% EDTA-Na_2 30μl + 40μl aprotinin silicification tube mix, then immediately below 4 ℃ 3000r / min, centrifuged for 15 minutes, the plasma was separated and stored at -20 ℃ to be tested.
