采用特尔菲法、实验法和文献法,以菏泽学院体育系05本科班健美操专选队学生为研究对象,做一个学期的健美操专选课程过程性评价研究。研究表明:健美操专选课程过程性评价体系克服了仅仅以技术测试为主的评价方式,强化参与及效果,同时注重情感态度评价,对学生实施个体化评价,对学生进行纵向比较,注重健美操学习的进步和发展,激励学生,增强学生健美操学习的自信心和自主性,收到很好的教学效果。健美操专选课程过程性考评系统有利于改善学生的学习行为,提高学生的学习积极性、主动性和自觉性。这说明建构过程性考评系统有利于提高学生对健美操专选课程的学习兴趣、学习的认真程度和学生对教学的满意度,对于实现教学目标的达成具有很大的促进作用,从而可以提高教学质量。
Using Delphi method, experimental method and literature method, taking the 05 undergraduate aerobics squadron students in Department of Physical Education of Heze College as the research object, do a semester of aerobics selective course process evaluation research. The research shows that the procedural evaluation system of aerobics selective courses overcomes the evaluation methods mainly based on technical testing, strengthens the participation and the effect, at the same time pays attention to the evaluation of emotional attitude, carries out the individualized evaluation to the students, compares the students vertically, Exercise learning progress and development, motivate students, enhance students’ self-confidence and autonomy in aerobics learning, received good teaching results. Aerobics optional course process evaluation system is conducive to improving student learning behavior, improve student learning enthusiasm, initiative and consciousness. This shows that the construction of procedural assessment system is conducive to improving student interest in learning aerobics selective courses, the degree of learning and the students’ satisfaction with the teaching, to achieve the teaching objectives to achieve a significant role in promoting, which can improve teaching quality.
