试验表明,芽胞气溶胶颗粒大于荧光素钠,其总衰亡率亦较高,但依两者对稳定性较差的粘质沙雷氏菌气溶胶推算出的生物衰亡率并无显著差异。对稳定性较强微生物示踪剂的选择,需考虑的因素较复杂。
The results showed that the total apoptotic rate of spore aerosol particles larger than that of sodium fluorescein was higher, but the difference was not significant between the two groups in estimating the biological decay rate of S. aeruginosa aerosol with poor stability. For the selection of more stable microtracer, more factors need to be considered.
