通过分析美国犹太作家辛西娅.欧芝克的两部长篇小说,归纳出她的“反偶像崇拜”的主题。这个主题既是对犹太传统的回归,又是对历史及传说中“反偶像崇拜”的深化。她意在唤起犹太人的注意:偶像崇拜是注定要遭受惩罚的。
By analyzing the two novels of the American Jewish writer Cynthia Ochik, her theme of “anti-idolatry” is summed up. This theme is not only a return to Jewish tradition, but also a deepening of history and legendary “anti-idolatry.” She intended to evoke the attention of Jews: idolatry is doomed to punishment.
