目的研究三白草Saururus chinensis中的黄酮类化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果从三白草全草中分离鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物,分别为金丝桃苷(1)、槲皮苷(2)、异槲皮苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、芦丁(9)。结论化合物2、5~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the flavonoids in Saururus chinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatography. The structures of flavonoids were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified from the whole plant of Saururus chinensis. They were hyperoside (1), quercitrin (2), isoquercitrin (3), quercetin (4) (5), quercetin -7-O-α-D-glucoside (6), quercetin -3-O-β-D-galactose- 7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnose-7-O-α-D-glucoside (8) and rutin (9). Conclusion Compounds 2, 5 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
