本研究观察中药制剂复方冬元膏对动物药物依赖性的影响。用逐次逐日增加吗啡注射剂量的方法造成大鼠及小鼠的吗啡依赖性模型后，又分别分为中药大、小剂量组，吗啡维持组，空白对照组；再给予腹腔注射纳洛酮催瘾，观察经不同药物处理后动物的戒断症状反应。结果表明：中药能明显抑制成瘾大鼠的戒断症状及成瘾小鼠的跳跃反应。主要症状积分值的降低与空白对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），并能促进动物体重的恢复。中药的效应与剂量相关。
