随着医学的发展,在许多疾患的精确诊断中,X光透视或造影已成为不可缺少的步骤。胆囊疾病的诊断也不例外,三十余年来,胆囊造影剂的日益发展,说明了这类药物在诊断上的重要性。现有的胆囊造影剂用于造影诊断准确度一般可以达到95%左右,但仍或多或少的存在着缺点。因此,关于胆囊造影剂的研究仍值得继续开展。我们在试制一些胆囊造影剂的过程中,曾阅读一些有关文献,今将所得,作一初步的概括介绍。口服的胆囊造影剂在体内的过程如下:胃→十二指肠→小肠→吸收→血液循环→肝(肝胆管分泌胆汁)
