据1996年10月23日俄通社——塔斯社报道,来自中国、朝鲜、韩国、蒙古、俄罗斯和联合国的专家在北京举行国际会议,讨论在实施图们江流域经济开发计划方面加强相互协作和合作问题。与会者认为,本次会从探讨吸引欧洲和亚洲一些国家的资金参与实施该计划的可能性角度看很重要。从组委会获悉,日本、加拿大、丹麦、芬兰、荷兰、美国、澳大利亚、冰岛、瑞典、法国与亚洲银行也派观察员与会。“图们江”计划规定,建设从东北亚通往欧亚的交通线。按计划,主要货物运输干线将在俄罗斯、中国和朝鲜三国交汇处经过。未来开发区的面积为1000平方公里,将中国的延吉、朝鲜的清津和俄罗斯的符拉迪沃斯托克(海参崴)联成一个三角。
According to the Russian news agency Tass news agency on October 23, 1996, experts from China, North Korea, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia and the United Nations hold an international conference in Beijing to discuss ways to enhance mutual cooperation in the implementation of the Tumen River Basin Economic Development Plan Cooperation issues. According to plan, the main cargo transport trunk will be in Russia, China and North Korea at the junction of the three. The future development zone covers an area of 1,000 square kilometers and will combine Yanji in China, Qingjin in North Korea and Vladivostok in Russia into a triangle.
