近些年,高速公路复线工程愈来愈多,使得高速公路复线与原路形成竞争性路网,受现状收费制式、复线行程距离等影响,通道内部转移至复线的交通需求较少,造成一定的道路资源浪费。基于博弈分析中寡头垄断市场上的豪泰林价格竞争模型,对比分析模型与现状实际对影响交通需求转移的要因后,通过对原路、复线采用差异化的收费定价策略,均衡分配路网内交通需求,为交通需求管理提供一个新的思路。
