目的建立医疗耗材库房的标准化管理,从术前环节有效预防医院感染。方法通过建立耗材库房的标准化管理,建立耗材全寿命周期管理理念,严格落实耗材准入制度,实施最低库存管理,坚持库房巡检制度,确保存储环境安全,严格执行耗材出库核查、出库回收和不良事故报告制度,加强和提高耗材管理人员水平。结果医疗耗材的库房管理质量得到规范和提高,有效防范手术术前耗材库房阶段的感染。结论实施耗材库房标准化管理对控制医院感染有重要作用。
Objective To establish a standardized management of medical consumables warehouse, effectively prevent nosocomial infections from preoperative aspects. Methods By establishing standardized management of consumables warehouse, we established consumable life cycle management concept, strictly implemented consumables access system, implemented minimum inventory management, inspected the warehouse inspection system to ensure the safety of storage environment, strictly implemented the verification of consumable out of storage and out of storage And adverse accident reporting system to strengthen and improve the level of consumables managers. Results The quality of warehouse management of medical consumables was standardized and improved, which effectively prevented the preoperative infection of consumables warehouse phase. Conclusion The implementation of standardized consumables warehouse management plays an important role in the control of nosocomial infections.
