目的 探讨缓激肽能选择性地诱发肿瘤血脑屏障开放的机理及影响此种开放的因素。方法 定性、定量评价不同类型大鼠脑肿瘤模型中B2受体表达的部位及水平 ,阐明它与缓激肽诱发的肿瘤血脑屏障开放程度的相关关系。结果 脑和肿瘤组织内的毛细血管内皮细胞不表达B2受体 ,而肿瘤细胞则表达大量的B2受体 ;B2受体表达水平与缓激肽诱发的肿瘤血脑屏障开放的程度呈显著的正相关关系。结论 脑肿瘤细胞的B2受体表达水平决定缓激肽诱发的血脑屏障开放的程度。
Objective To investigate the mechanism by which bradykinin selectively induces tumor blood-brain barrier opening and the factors that influence this opening. Methods The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the location and level of B2 receptor expression in different types of rat brain tumor models and elucidation of its relationship with bradykinin-induced tumor blood-brain barrier opening degree. Results The capillary endothelial cells in the brain and tumor tissues did not express B2 receptors, while the tumor cells expressed a large number of B2 receptors. The B2 receptor expression level was significantly positive with bradykinin-induced tumor blood-brain barrier opening relationship. Conclusion The expression level of B2 receptor in brain tumor cells determines the extent of bradykinin-induced opening of the blood-brain barrier.
