用喷射成形法制造Cr12 MoV 钢- 碳钢复合轧辊, 检验其表面沉积层显微组织, 以研究喷射成形工艺的影响。通过金相、透射电镜、电子探针和X 射线衍射等方法检查了Cr12 MoV 钢的组织特征。研究表明, 喷射成形Cr12 MoV 钢的显微组织与传统方法加工的不同。喷射成形材料的晶粒为均匀、细小的等轴晶, 平均粒度约为18 μm , 组织致密, 无宏观偏析。在马氏体基体上, 观察到相当数量的残余奥氏体。钢中碳化物的类型未变, 仍为Cr7C3 碳化物, 但是, 它的形貌、尺寸和分布方式均发生变化, 致使显微组织的均匀程度明显提高
The Cr12 MoV steel-carbon steel composite roll was made by injection molding to examine the microstructure of the deposit on the surface to study the influence of the spray forming process. The microstructure of Cr12 MoV steel was examined by metallography, transmission electron microscopy, electron probe and X-ray diffraction. The research shows that the microstructure of spray-formed Cr12 MoV steel is different from the traditional method. Spray-forming material grains are uniform, fine equiaxed grains, the average particle size of about 18 μm, dense structure, no macro-segregation. On the martensite matrix, a significant amount of retained austenite was observed. However, the morphology, size and distribution of Cr6C3 carbides are all changed, resulting in a significant increase in the homogeneity of the microstructure
