我们抚顺市顺城区新华一校现有1700名学生,在78位教师中,有中学高级教师3人,小学高级教师40人,省、市级骨干教师28人。2003年实施新课程改革以来,我们越来越深刻地认识到:教师的专业化发展制约着课程改革的实施,教师专业化水平的高低决定着学校教育教学工作水平的高低。为此,我们努力探索提高教师专业化成长的途径。
Our school in Xinhua, Shuncheng District, Fushun City has 1,700 students. Among the 78 teachers, there are 3 senior teachers in secondary schools, 40 senior teachers in primary schools, and 28 provincial and municipal backbone teachers. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in 2003, we have learned more and more profoundly that the professional development of teachers restricts the implementation of curriculum reform, and the level of teacher professionalism determines the level of school education and teaching work. To this end, we strive to explore ways to increase the professional development of teachers.
