研究水热处理Silicalite—Ⅰ沸石对乙醇和水的吸附、脱附性质以及其填充PDMS膜对乙醇、水的渗透蒸发通量和对低浓度有机溶剂一水混合物的渗透蒸发分离性能。实验结果表明,Silicalite—Ⅰ沸石经水热处理,其水吸附量大为减少,因此其填充PDMS膜对有机溶剂-水混合物,主要是醇-水混合物的分离系数有显著提高。
The adsorption and desorption properties of ethanol and water on Silicalite-Ⅰ zeolite treated by hydrothermal treatment were studied. The pervaporation flux of ethanol and water in PDMS membrane filled by hydrothermal treatment and the pervaporation separation of water and organic solvent in low concentration were studied. The experimental results show that Silicalite-Ⅰ zeolite hydrothermal treatment, the water adsorption capacity is greatly reduced, so the PDMS membrane filled with organic solvent - water mixture, mainly alcohol - water mixture separation factor increased significantly.
