欠平衡钻井技术一种提高勘探开发效益的钻井新技术,在油、气、田勘探开发方面进行了技术钻研和现场试验,并取得了显著效益。在充气欠平衡钻进中,随钻测量设备MWD在井下发射的钻井液脉冲在传播过程中衰减的程度很大,使得地面检测设备难以对井眼轨迹进行检测和控制。通过分析排除影响压力波信号传输的因素,可以通过模拟建立充气欠平衡钻井MWD信号传输模型,提出解决方案并进行现场试验。实验结果证实:改变注气方式将气液充分混合后对信号传输有一定的改进作用,可以提升MWD的有效测量距离;地面传感器的安装位置对信号接收不会造成影响。
Underbalanced Drilling Technology A new drilling technology that improves the efficiency of exploration and development has made technical inquiries and field trials in oil, gas and field exploration and development with significant benefits. In inflated and underbalanced drilling, the drilling fluid pulse emitted by MWD of MWD decays greatly during propagation, making it difficult for surface inspection equipment to detect and control well trajectory. By analyzing and eliminating the factors that affect the transmission of pressure wave signals, we can simulate the MWD signal transmission model of inflated underbalanced drilling, propose solutions and carry out field experiments. Experimental results show that changing the pattern of gas injection can improve the signal transmission after mixing the gas and liquid sufficiently, which can improve the effective measuring distance of MWD. The installation location of the surface sensor does not affect the signal reception.
