伴随着房地产行业的快速发展,户外广告资源也成为开发商的必争之地。但是,目前国内户外广告设计的创意表现并不是十分乐观。好的创意是使户外广告产生吸引力的重要手段。本文分析了房地产户外广告的优势和特征,从房地产户外广告的受众群体入手,结合消费心理学的相关理论,提出房地产户外广告设计要具有好的创意以及几种广告创意的表现手法,以此让房地产的户外广告更具个性和吸引力,最终达到房产广告信息的传播目的。
With the rapid development of the real estate industry, outdoor advertising resources have become developers contend. However, the creative performance of domestic outdoor advertising design is not very optimistic at present. Good ideas are an important way to make outdoor advertising attractive.
