原儿茶酸为中草药四季青所含的成分之一。本文探讨它对隐性及可疑冠心病的疗效。本组48例,年龄33～73岁,系普查冠心病时参照1914年冠心病座谈会规定的诊断标准判定为隐性冠心病者39例;可疑冠心病者9例。心电图二级梯双倍量运动试验(运试)的检查方法和标准判定依据该座谈会上的规定。踏车试验的检查方法和阳性标准依据镇江地区人民医院的规定。原儿茶酸片剂系口服,除5例为200毫克外,其余为400毫克一日三次,四周为一疗程。比较服药前后同类心电图及其转阴率。本组“运试”阳性的22例,可疑阳性的12
