笔者采用中西医结合的方法治疗粘连性肠梗阻,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组56例中,男40例,女16例;年龄最大68岁,最小10岁;病程最短5小时,最长24小时;均有腹部手术史,发病距手术时间6个月～3年。全部病例皆表现为痛吐胀闭,听诊肠鸣音亢进,腹透可见液气平面。2　治疗 I used the method of Integrative Medicine for the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 56 cases in this group, 40 males and 16 females; the oldest 68 years old, the youngest 10 years; duration of shortest 5 hours, up to 24 hours; have a history of abdominal surgery, the incidence from the operation time of 6 months ~ 3 years.
