通过对新型的发动机前油封产品的重点工序质量规划,描述了该产品在熔炼、压铸、机械加工、清洗以及密封检验等重要工序中需要控制的特性及控制的手段,阐述了在正确规划下完成样件的生产,可以提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本,以及控制计划和FMEA(失效模式和后果分析)在汽车压铸零件生产中的积极意义。介绍了汽车压铸零件技术和管理有机结合的典型案例。
Through the quality planning of the key process of the new engine front oil seal, the characteristics and control measures that need to be controlled in the important processes of smelting, die-casting, machining, cleaning and seal inspection are described. The production of prototypes can increase labor productivity, reduce production costs, and control programs and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) in the automotive die casting parts of the positive significance. The typical case of organic combination of technology and management of automobile die casting parts is introduced.
