试验对比了锌铝合金HDZA、ZA-Si和铝青铜ZCuAl10Fe3在重载及四种润滑剂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。研究结果表明,HDZA合金和ZA-Si合金在润滑脂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能明显优于机油润滑;而ZCuAl10Fe3合金在常用润滑脂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能远不及这二种锌铝合金。油润滑时,磨损机制是犁削、辗压和粘着;脂润滑时,磨损机制主要是辗压,基本上无粘着。油和脂的润滑特性,影响合金的摩擦磨损特性
The friction and wear characteristics of HDZA, ZA-Si and bronze ZCuAl10Fe3 for zinc-aluminum alloy under heavy-load and four-lubricant lubrication were compared. The results show that the friction and wear properties of HDZA alloy and ZA-Si alloy under grease lubrication are obviously better than those of lubricating oil. However, the wear performance of ZCuAl10Fe3 alloy under conventional grease lubrication is far less than that of the two zinc-aluminum alloys. Oil lubrication, the wear mechanism is plowing, rolling and adhesion; grease lubrication, the wear mechanism is mainly rolling, basically no adhesion.
