企业家思想对组织文化的形成与发展具有重要作用,本研究以海南航空创始人陈峰为例,基于组织文化四层次模型,从理念、制度、个性和背景层面探究其“仁商”管理思想影响下的海航文化,研究组织文化的形成和发展过程,得出主要结论:组织文化的形成和发展是一个复杂的过程,是一个从个性到共性(个性层面、制度层面到理念层面),又从共性到个性(理念层面、制度层面到个性层面),循环往复不断演化的过程,背景层面文化贯彻整个过程,发挥着影响并选择其他三个层面文化的作用。
Entrepreneurial thinking plays an important role in the formation and development of the organizational culture. Taking the example of Chen Feng, the founder of Hainan Airlines, this study explores the relationship between “benevolence” and “business benevolence” based on the four-level model of organizational culture from the perspectives of concept, system, personality and background. HNA culture under the influence of management thinking and the formation and development of organizational culture. The main conclusions are drawn as follows: The formation and development of organizational culture is a complicated process, which is a process from individuality to commonality (individual level, system level to concept level) , And from commonality to individuality (ideological level, system level to personality level), the process of continuous evolving cycle, the background level culture carries out the whole process, exerting influence and selecting the other three levels of culture.
