1985年2月至1986年11月,我院对8例尿道下裂已行Ⅰ期阴茎下弯纠正术的患者,采用膀胱粘膜及皮条联合应用进行尿道成形术,均获成功,报告于下。一、手术方法在阴茎腹侧正中两旁从冠状沟开始各作一纵形切口,两切口越过原尿道口汇合成U形,中间存留皮片宽约0.5～0.7cm,切口深达阴茎筋膜。游离切口两侧皮瓣,使之能无张力地缝合于新尿道上。在膀胱造瘘术中同时切取膀胱粘膜,宽约0.7～1cm,长度按需
