用注水和注气法损伤家兔颈总动脉内膜后,以高胆固醇加猪油饲料喂养,制成动脉内膜增厚模型,用免疫组化方法检查纤维母细胞和巨噬细胞单克隆抗体反应。结果证明:在增生的动脉内膜存在巨噬细胞抗原,中膜和内膜存在纤维母细胞抗原。表明在动脉内膜增厚过程中,细胞来源既有血液中单核细胞的侵入,也有由中膜中某些具有胎儿型的平滑肌细胞经过改变其表型游走到内膜,形成了内膜增厚的主要细胞成份。
After water instillation and gas insufflation were used to injure rabbit carotid artery intima, hypercholesterolemia and lard feed were used to make the model of intimal thickening. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of monoclonal antibodies against fibroblasts and macrophages reaction.
